Boston Newton Marriott Weddings & Events
Located only minutes away from the heart of Boston, and on the intersection of Interstate 95 and the Mass Pike, the Boston Newton Marriott is an amazing venue that can accommodate a large number of people. With it's multi-million dollar renovation (click here for more info), it's a clear winner for any large wedding. It is no surprise that BSL is servicing events here almost every other week whether its a wedding or a Mitzvah!
In late 2017, the Boston Newton Marriott hosted a celebration event that highlighted the multi million dollar renovation that completed in September of 2017. BSL and its sister company, Mint To Be Events were in charge of all of the aesthetics, from decor, audio visual, uplighting, photo booth, dance floor, LED furniture, pinspots, DJ/Entertainment, etc; everything but the bar and food.

One of our most popular services at the Boston Newton Marriott is to provide lighting services for all types of events in their Ballrooms. Whether you are hosting a wedding, birthday, or a Mitzvah, we carry all of your lighting needs. Our LED technology (as described in our lighting webpage) can be configured to literally any color you can dream of. If you are working within a theme, we can offer you pattern work to be projected on the walls or on the floor. Please check out some of our work below.
You can upgrade your lighting package to include an onsite tech which will allow you to change the lighting themes throughout the course of the night. Take a look at this dance party for the Russian School of Math and the lights changing to the beat of the music
Love at First Garba
BSL and our luxury wedding planning company, Mint To Be Events had the opportunity to rock Payal and Achal's two day Indian Gujrati wedding at the Boston Newton Marriott. The first day of the celebration included a Garba, a folk dance from the state of Gujrat in India and a dance party immediately afterwards. The garba featured our amazing uplighting, as well as Taj Mahal like windows projected on the walls. We had dholi Ravi playing the drums to the beat of garba. The baraat featured our Tuk Tuk Rickshaw. The reception a crazy on slaught of partying.

The "Wedding Wire" Wedding
One of our proudest "fusion" weddings was that of Sonny and Megan's in Charlottesville, Virginia. Have you ever been on that website, WeddingWire.com? In fact, we have our own reviews of BSL on it. Check out our reviews here. What you may not know is that one of the founders of Wedding Wire is in fact the groom from this video, Sonny Ganguly (he is currently the CMO of WW, click here to learn more about the WW team). While quite a few DJs and vendors pride themselves on amazing reviews, we were picked by Sonny to DJ his wedding among all the DJs he has access to! The "Meet The Patels" Wedding

aka. The "Meet the patels" wedding!
If you haven't yet checked out the Hollywood hit, "Meet the Patels" (imdb), you have gots to! This movie is a real life documentary centered around the lead star Ravi Patel and his Indian / American influences on the concept of marriage. Not to spoil the ending, but Ravi doesn't end up with the same girl in real life, as we had the opportunity to ROCK his wedding to Mahaley in Charlotte, NC. This wedding featured a Gujrati garba night, a baraat, a fusioned ceremony, and a Top 40, Bollywood, Rock filled type of a party at the reception.
